How does guest self-selection work?

You share a link to your event's seat map (or embed it in your ticket confirmation page). Guests open it on any phone or laptop, see which seats are taken in real time, and tap the seat they want. No accounts or app installs are required.

How much does Seat Smart cost?

Pricing is per event with no additional fees for guests. Free covers up to 20 guests. Pro is $19 per event for up to 150 guests with self-selection, CSV import, tags, auto-seat assist and seat locking. Premium is $49 per event with unlimited guests, Event Day Mode, QR check-in, table grouping and PDF export.

Do guests need to create an account?

No. Guests do not need to sign up or install anything. They open the seating link and pick a seat.

Can I embed the seat map in my existing ticketing page?

Yes. Seat Smart works with your existing ticketing software via a copy-and-paste embed code that you can place on a confirmation page or your own website.
